These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website visionaryinspect.com (the "Website") operated by Visionary Inspection and Technical Services ("Visionary Inspection", "VITS", "we", "our" or "us"), of Office No. 3056, Building No. 2004, Road 1527, Block 115, ALHIDD Industrial Area, Kingdom of Bahrain, as well as any quotation, order or service you obtain from us. By using the Website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or our services.

1. About Us

Visionary Inspection provides inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT), calibration, third-party inspection (TPI), rope access, marine and offshore inspection, trading of NDT/inspection equipment and consumables, and IT/software services to industrial clients in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Marine, Power and related sectors.

2. Use of the Website

• The content of this Website is for general information purposes about our company, services and products, and is subject to change without notice.
• You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, introduce malicious code, or interfere with its normal operation.

3. Quotations, Orders and Services

• Product and service information, images and prices shown on the Website (including on our Product Prices page) are indicative and provided for general reference. They do not constitute a binding offer and are subject to confirmation, technical clarification and a formal quotation from us before any order is accepted.
• A binding agreement for services or the supply of products is formed only when we issue a written quotation or order confirmation that is accepted by the client, or upon signature of a service agreement/purchase order, as applicable.
• Delivery timelines, mobilization schedules and inspection scopes are agreed on a project-by-project basis and confirmed in writing.
• Technical/inspection services are carried out in accordance with the applicable industry standards, codes and client specifications agreed at the time of order, by qualified and, where relevant, certified personnel.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in the currency stated in the relevant quotation or invoice and are exclusive of taxes, duties, mobilization/travel costs and any other charges unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment terms are agreed individually with each client and set out in the applicable quotation, order confirmation or contract.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations and returns relating to products or services purchased from us are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Inspection reports, certificates, drawings, software and other deliverables we produce remain our intellectual property, or that of our licensors, until any agreed transfer of rights takes place under a specific written contract with the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Visionary Inspection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or general information provided on it. Our liability in connection with any specific inspection, calibration, trading or IT service is governed exclusively by the terms of the corresponding written contract, purchase order or service agreement entered into with the client, and nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites (for example, WhatsApp or social media). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third-party website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain, unless otherwise agreed in writing in a specific service contract.
